Value-based fees
Our fees based only on the value we create. We offer various project options that will all deliver on the objectives. However, the price of those options is matched only to the value they create. This means that identical project activities would have different prices if they created different value for you.
Unlimited Access
We don’t believe in having a meter running. You will know the upfront price of any project. You should not have to make an investment decision every time our assistance maybe required. All project options include unlimited access to our help within the parameters described. This is a unique feature of our consulting practise which we believe is a more ethical way too.
Engineering approach
We apply an engineering approach to market and sell your products and services. We focus on adding maximum value by balancing risk, resources and deliverable benefits. We systematically evaluate solutions to ensure you are making decisions based on data, not just opinion. Practical and actionable results are what we will deliver for you.
Partnership
We work together in partnership with you to achieve your aims quickly. This is not a prescriptive process and an outside help needs internal sponsorship to properly deliver on project objectives. We therefore clearly denote what we plan to do and what we expect in return. This way nothing gets missed and we are all accountable for delivering project success.
Guaranteed Work
Our work is guaranteed. This is another unique feature of our consulting practise. We give timing estimates for all project work, however, sometimes circumstances change, meetings get delayed etc. If you don’t believe we have met the mutually agreed objectives for the project, then we will continue to work with you towards your goals for no additional fee.
Project Options
All our proposals will have at least two or three options. These options are each designed so that they will achieve your project objectives. The difference in the options will be to what depth they deliver value on the objectives. You can then choose the level of value which best matches your budget to achieve those objectives.
