Age Concern do fabulous work helping older people. This project concerned working with them to define and install a new software based management information system. The aim was to allow the senior management to have better visibility of the organisations operations and allow them to be more responsive in an increasingly competitive funding marketplace.

The project leant heavily on change management practises as, although on the surface the project looked simple, the real challenge was in the implementation and winning over the staff.
